Some background on Ken Moll,
President of GGB Capital:

Ken formed GGB Capital early in 2009 when he recognized an enormous need and sought to assist property owners find alternative methods of selling properties in a extremely challenging environment for conventional financing.  Ken learned about the immense need for seller finance professionals a year earlier during the collapse of the sub-prime industry initially from Alan Noblitt, a family friend. He subsequently took extensive training from Eddie Speed, one of the preeminent and most experienced professionals in the seller finance business to leverage his extensive financial and business development skills.  Both Alan and Eddie continue to serve as Ken's mentors and to whom he is greatly indebted.

Prior to moving to California and starting GGB Capital, Ken worked in New York City and Princeton, NJ with several large consulting and investment management firms in their finance and risk management groups over the course of the past twenty years.  In addition, Ken has nearly ten years of hands-on credit risk and business development experience working with both start-up companies and global money center banks all on the East Coast. He holds an MBA in Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Bachelors of Arts in Economics, Cum Laude, from Ohio Wesleyan University, and has done post-graduate work in finance at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Ken is happily married and is actively involved in community services around the San Francisco and Napa Valley areas. He currently serves on the vestry of his local church in Saint Helena and spends a lot of his spare time tending to his vegetable garden.  Ken also recently taught a one week intensive course on global risk management to sections of the graduate business schools of the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, IN and Emory University in Atlanta, GA.  He is the father of two fine young men, one in graduate school in Pennsylvania and the other working hard (at least he tells me he's working hard) at college in North Carolina.

P.S. In case you're wondering, GGB comes from the initials of the Golden Gate Bridge, which sits prominently in the cityscape of San Francisco and the Bay Area, where Ken now resides.  It is also the inspiration to our corporate image and tag-line, which is: Building a Bridge of Trust.
Our mission is to constantly strive to be a trusted consultant and professional friend every step of the way, from introduction to closing, and from transaction to transaction. Call us today and find out for yourself!
